We have spend a Wonderfull time at Kamp na Otaku, owner is very friendly and helpful. Nice campsite, close to the river and still far enough from the main road. Very calm, and the owner said that they want to keep the campsite calm and not crowded. Most stuff you need is already there, and the kids can play at the small 'river' that passes true the campsite (cold, but gentle current and not deep at all). Originally we first planned to stay only some days, but in the end we have spend most of our days in Slovenia at that campsite (7 nights). If we travel back to Slovenia and that region of Slovenia, we'll definitely spend some night over there again!

Great location, lovely atmosphere, very friendly owner, and very useful facilities including a kitchen area with utensils. We were very late in booking but were given a very warm welcome upon our evening arrival. I would highly recommend staying here!

I highly recommend this camping! Extremely helpful and service oriented owners, which makes all the difference. Cleanest camping side we have seen in our 3 years camping experience in Europe. Very well equipped kitchen and, also important in Slovenia, a way of spending a comfortable evening protected from the rain. Nearby there is much to do in terms of hiking, rafting etc. As so often in mountain areas it took us a bit of a drive to get to the sides we wanted to experience- count at least 30 to get to the main tourist sides (velika planina, logarska valley...) or to the Alps. We also enjoyed spending time on the campsite which I cannot say of many sides. It's more like a garden really. My kids loved to play with the raft installed on the shallow water stream on the camping side and I enjoyed the hamacs installed in this garden. We will be back :-)

You and your camping were our first stop in Slovenia. We felt welcome from beginning to end. We felt in love with Slovenia on your ground. Thanks for everyrhing

We fell in love with this campsite, it's perfect for people looking for peace and quiet. It's like camping in the wilderness and yet safe. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Preljepi camping sa puno hladovine, kampirao sam u puno kampova ali ovaj ima potrebnih stvari i više nego dovljono, cak je odlicno i za nove kampiste koji nemaju svoju opremu cak niti svoj šator a isprobali bi kamperski život... sve pohvale

Čudovita lokacija ob Savinji in malem potočku, urejen prostor in prijazen sprejem. Tudi sence je dovolj. "Ta najmlajši" pa je ob prihodu poskrbel za osvežitev z limonado 😁 Super izhodiščna točka za raziskovanje okolice in krasne narave. Se še vidimo.

Iskali smo kraj, kamor bi pobegnili pred poletno vročino in bili res presenečeni nad majhnim kampom NA OTOKU; idiličen in skrbno urejen kamp, sredi zelenja in vode ter z dovolj sence, da se bomo poleti še zagotovo vrnili. Lahko res priporočam :-)

Lepo urejena zunanja kuhinja in jedilnica. Kljub veliko vode/ manjših potokov v kampu ni bilo komarjev in mrčesa. Toaletni prostori in kopalnica zelo lepo urejena in čista. Odličen ambient.

Z majhnim otrokom (2 leti) smo se imeli lepo v senci dreves. Ob kampu je reka, ki je precej deroča. V samem kampu pa je mirna rečica, voda je praktično stoječa. Zelo hladna voda, ampak večji otroci niso imeli težav s tem :) Kopalnice so čiste, zelo prav je prišla skupna kuhinja in hladilnik v skupni rabi. Malo naprej od kampa je ribogojnica in gostilna z igrali za majhne otroke. Potka do tja je v senci in zelo prijetna. Imeli smo pozitivno izkušnjo in če nas pot še zanese v tisti konec, še pridemo :)

Kampu daje posebno vrednost pravo razmerje med možnostjo prvobitnega kampiranja v naravi in dovolj sodobnega udobja (urejene sanitarije, voda, elektrika, opremljeni skupni prostori...). Drugi plus je oseben a ne vsiljiv pristop lastnikov. Če pa iščete kamp z vrhunsko restavracijo, zabavnim programom z živo glasbo in Disneylandom za otroke, ta kamp ni za vas.

Small and well maintained campsite just near the river Savinja. Clean toilets and showers. Passing through the campsite is a small branch of the river where the children can spend some time. We were here in the first half of July and it was not crowded at all. We had a tent and there was plenty of meadow just for us :), However, the owner told us that there are busier periods in the summer so it's better to check out before. The owner was really helpful, he gave us a lot of information on what to do in the area.

Simpatičen kamp, ki nudi pristno in lepo doživeto kampiranje v osrčju narave. Z veseljem se še vrnemo;).

Een heel fijne kleine camping waar wij eind juni waren. Ligt niet aan de doorgaande weg wat in dit gebied vaak een issue is. Je hoort alleen de wildstromende Savinj rivier. Mooi nieuw sanitair (gender neutrale doucheruimte heeft per douche een prive omkleedruimte). Gemeenschappelijke keuken en koelkasten. Prima hosts die klaar staan voor elke vraag. Bij een volgend verblijf in dit mooie gebied ga ik absoluut hier heen. ====================================================== A very nice little campsite where we were at the end of June. It is not on the main road which is often an issue in this area. You only hear the wildl flowing Savinj River. Beautiful new sanitary facilities (gender neutral shower room has a private changing room per shower). Communal kitchen and fridges. Great hosts who are ready for any question. On my next stay in this beautiful area I will definitely go here.

Also wir hatten eine gute Zeit auf diesem Campingplatz. Herrlich viel Schatten, am Fluss und Ende Juni noch sehr wenig Gäste. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen

Eine traumhafte Lokation! Alles was man braucht, liebevoll gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Besitzer super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind länger geblieben, weil es so schön war und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Von allen Plätzen die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben unser absoluter Favorit!

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Platz mit allem was man braucht.

Très beau site en bordure de rivière avec vieux arbres, ruisseau qui traverse le terrain et moulin (très romantique !). Terrain herbeux parfaitement plane. Plusieurs sites de pique-nique avec belles tables et bancs rustiques en bois . Douches et toilettes très récents, confortables et surtout très propres. Propriétaire aimable et serviable. On se sent bien chez vous, merci. Un seul bémol: le chemin d'accès en pente au camping est à réparer.

Lovely camping based around an obsolete water mill. Well chosen materials and atmosphere. Clean. Apart from the big river on one side below the breathtaking view over the mountains, there’s a little river crossing the campsite, ideal for kids to play in. Big trees provide lots of shade and free use of an open cabin with a fridge and cooking place as well as a separate BBQ fireplace are a few of the free services offered. The very friendly owner had lots of ideas about places to visit and what not to miss about them.

Odličen kamp!

Kleiner Campingplatz liegt idyllisch direkt naturnah am Fluß krka. Standplätze in Grüner Wiese,ohne Parzellierung! Sehr angenehm Es steht auch eine kostenlose kochstelle und ein Kuhlschrank zur verfügung.

Sehr schöner Platz, neue und gute Sanitäranlagen, angenehme Einrichtungen und sehr netter Gastgeber.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Nacht auf dem Platz. Wir waren am 01.05 fast alleine auf dem Platz. Der Eigentümer hat uns entspannt eingecheckt, uns tolle Tips gegeben und jegliche Unterstützung angeboten, da die Geschäfte durch den Feiertag nicht offen hatten. Der Platz liegt wunderschön an dem Fluss und man kann in viele verschiedene Richtungen zu Fuß die Gegend erkunden. Der Platz ist sehr zu empfehlen.
