RESERVATIONS VIA THE WEBSITE WWW.NAOTOKU.COM

Our website offers two ways to make reservations.

The first is via e-mail, where you send us your request and we send you an offer. The request or our offer alone does not constitute a confirmed reservation, as your confirmation of the reservation or our offer is an essential condition for the validity of the application. If we do not receive your confirmation, the reservation is considered to have never been made.

In addition to the above method, we offer you the option of direct online booking and payment by credit card or bank transfer. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed and paid for as soon as you finalise the payment process. This guarantees that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.

If you will be staying with children, please also indicate the expected number and age of children for whom accommodation must be paid. Based on the expected number of children and other booking details, the price of the package will be calculated automatically and displayed on the screen. Please note that in the case of online reservations and payments, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The guest has the right to make a reservation. In the event that the guest cancels the arrangement, Na Otoku is entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred due to the cancellation. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time at which the guest submitted the cancellation. Guests who have made an advance payment via a prepared offer or online will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Na Otoku is entitled to the following percentages of the price of the arrangement in the event of cancellation:

- Up to 21 days prior to arrival – 50% of the package price (if paid in full) or 100% of the advance payment
- Up to 7 days prior to arrival – 30% of the package price (if paid in full) or 50% of the advance payment
- Within 7 days prior to arrival, no refund of the purchase price or advance payment is possible.

In the event of a change to the package at the guest's own request, or due to force majeure, without any reason on the part of Na Otoku due to improperly performed services, the guest is not entitled to claim any compensation, price reduction or refund of advance payments. The guest must notify the cancellation ONLY by e-mail to kamp@naotoku.si.

All prices in the Na Otoku offer already include value added tax. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the competent court in Celje shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
